Your ears will also relish in cooing ballads like “Cartagena Nights”, played every evening with the rush of the waves in the back ground. The menu is as good as the ambience: it includes dishes of the nuovo - Latina trend like “ El Tiradito Peruano” and popular specialties from Cartagena, like Coconut Shrimp, the “Boquill” seafood casserole with a touch of fresh coconut milk and coriander, Asian food, in vogue today. As its chef, Vanessa Figueroa, puts it, the menu is enriched by the Asian trend, but cares for the most traditional Cartagena dishes. Vanessa, an idustrial engineer, graduated from Fouchon cuisine scholl, in France and Cordon Bleu.
